Like many music teachers, some of their most memorable moments came from watching students discover their own progress and confidence.

"Especially memorable moments with my students were when a student noticed their own improvement week to week and felt proud of their accomplishments and skill."

They also shared what they believe helps teachers succeed in a thriving private lesson environment: preparation, consistency, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to student success.

"By showing up prepared, communicating consistently with students and parents, and staying engaged, students feel confident trusting you with their time and effort."

Perhaps most meaningful was their appreciation for the administrative support provided behind the scenes.

"The support I've received has made scheduling so much easier and has given me the space to focus on teaching without worrying about the administrative side of things. That support has been a huge part of what made my experience at Mountainside so great."
