She holds a Master of Music from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she also served as the assistant director for the Eklund Opera Program. For seven years, she was on faculty at the Academy of Children’s Theatre, where she served as Artistic Director and directed mainstage productions including Bye Bye Birdie, Seussical, Tuck Everlasting, and Oklahoma!.
