Eviatar is a trumpeter and licensed instrumental music teacher. He holds undergraduate degrees in music education, trumpet performance and German studies from Lawrence University, and is now the director of instrumental music at Moore Middle School. During the course of his studies, he enjoyed performing with symphony orchestra, wind ensemble, big band, jazz combo, brass quintet and his own klezmer group! Eviatar played trumpet in the Lawrence University Jazz Ensemble, a recipient of multiple Downbeat awards in the last few years. Eviatar is passionate about working with kids of all ages. He spends his summers as an outdoor instructor with Avid4 Adventure, and he student taught middle and high school bands in Oshkosh, Fall 2022. Growing up in Boulder, Eviatar loves to spend his free time hiking, biking, skiing and attending concerts.
