Henry Lesser

Henry is an educator, performer, trumpet player, and composer located in the Denver and Boulder areas. He is currently a graduate student at CU Boulder, studying a Master’s degree in Trumpet Performance. He received his undergraduate degree in K-12 Instrumental Music Education from the University of North Texas. He has been teaching for 5 years, performing with many professional wind bands, orchestras, and chamber groups, and is thrilled to use his experience to help share the love of music.

Outside of music, he loves to spend time with friends and family, and especially loves to spend time with his four cats. Henry's teaching style revolves around kindness, musical discovery, and a curriculum designed for each individual student to propel them to achieve their own personal goals, whether that be fun-based music making, audition prep, or technical mastery!
